Eligibility of returns
Returns are only accepted for defective products.
Items must be returned within 14 DAYS of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must accompany the return.
Exchanges are not accepted

Sale or clearance items
Return Process:
Initiate a Return: Contact us via email or via the contact us form on our website with your order details, the reason for your return, a description of the defect and some images.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
