Eligibility of returns

  • Returns are only accepted for defective products.

  • Items must be returned within 14 DAYS of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must accompany the return.

  • Exchanges are not accepted

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Non-defective products.

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Sale or clearance items

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us via email or via the contact us form on our website with your order details, the reason for your return, a description of the defect and some images.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
